As an Avon Sales Representative there is unlimited potential on how much money you can earn selling Avon products. There are two major ways in which you can earn money.

Earn through your own sales.
Earn by successfully recruiting others.

What's My Earning Potential?
As an independent Avon Sales Representative your earnings are based on your total sales. And, the percentage you earn increases as your total dollar amount increases. However, to encourage and motivate new Representatives Avon automatically guarantees personal earnings of 40% on their first order, regardless of the dollar amount. Avon again guarantees 40% personal earnings on the second, third and fourth orders if your order is $50 or more. This gives starting Representatives simple and definable goals to meet while still allowing you to benefit from your hard work. After the fifth order, your earnings are based upon your actual total dollar sales.

Avon Leadership Program
Along with earnings from your personal sales, becoming a Leadership Representative allows you to receive significant cash bonuses for recruiting training and developing others. These rewards are called Leadership Bonuses. As a Leadership Representative you can earn from 2% to 14% of the sales of the Representatives that you successfully recruit and motivate.

As an Avon Leadership Representative, your greatest reward - both personal and financial - will be achieved by helping other Representatives build their own profitable businesses.
